Western Slope BNI gives each member the opportunity to apply for the Leadership Team. If chosen to hold a role on the Leadership Team, you will be trained and supported during the entire time you are in office. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain valuable skills that will transfer into your professional life outside of BNI.
The three positions that make up the main Leadership Team are President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer.
Other chapter positions are Education Coordinator, Membership Committee, Visitor Hosts, and Event Coordinator.
Even if you do not participate on the Leadership Team, there are still opportunities to hone your leadership skills through mentoring programs that are available. Learning to teach someone else the BNI ropes is a sure fired way to not only improve your leadership skills, but deepen your understanding of the BNI philosophy of Giver’s Gain.
